Privacy policy
Your football stories are saved on your device.
Marble Ultimate Football · effective 16 September 2026
Your saves stay on your phone. Apple handles purchases, Expo delivers compatible app updates, and Cloudflare supplies shared Premiere time checks. This policy explains each of those parts.
Who operates the app
Marble Ultimate Football is operated by Barmajja for Information Technology Consultants Co. L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Privacy questions go to info@barmajja.com.
This policy covers the app and these pages. The app does not require a game account to play, and it contains no advertising and no separate game-analytics service.
Your saves stay on your device
The app stores campaigns, selected nations, simulated results, trophies, settings, Worlds, Match Night records, Premiere progress and Survival Bowl progress locally, including any names or titles you enter for players and Worlds.
These records let you resume and revisit your game, and they stay on the device. Your phone’s own backup or transfer features may handle app data separately, according to your settings.
Purchases and restoring content
The World Finals is free; other competitions require a one-time content purchase, which Apple processes. The app uses Apple’s verified transaction information — the product purchased and its current entitlement or revocation status — to decide which content you can open. It does not receive your payment-card number or your Apple Account password.
The app runs no purchase-account server of its own. Apple may provide us with sales, purchase, refund and aggregate reports through App Store Connect. Apple describes its handling of account, payment and App Store activity in App Store & Privacy. TestFlight testing builds grant temporary free access without creating a purchase.
App updates and technical information
The app checks Expo’s EAS Update service for compatible updates when it opens. Those requests include a random installation identifier, platform and compatibility information, installed update identifiers and, where applicable, recently failed update identifiers or a short error message. The connection also exposes an IP address to the service.
The installation identifier distinguishes installations for update delivery; it is not your game name or your Apple Account. The game does not add your selected nations, player names, campaign results or trophies to these requests. Expo describes retention by purpose rather than as a fixed period for an app like this one; see Expo’s privacy policy.
Shared Premiere time
The app checks a Cloudflare HTTPS endpoint to verify Premiere release times and prediction deadlines. The request sends a random value so the response is not cached, and no selected nation, prediction, wallet, match result or account detail. It omits credentials and referrers. Cloudflare receives the connection’s IP address and ordinary network request information, described in its privacy policy.
The game keeps only the verified timestamp and discards the rest of the response. That timestamp stays with your local Premiere progress, so releases you have already verified remain available offline. A new prediction needs a fresh online time check.
Optional reminders
If you request a Premiere reminder, the app asks your phone for permission and stores the event identifier, title and scheduled times with the device’s local notification service. It does not register a push token. Reminders are optional, and declining them does not stop you playing.
Sharing results and videos
Sharing starts only when you choose it. The app prepares the result or video on the device and passes it to the system share sheet; whoever you send it to then handles it under their own practices.
Result videos are temporary local files. The app removes its temporary export after sharing or cancelling, and clears leftovers when the next video is made. A copy you save elsewhere is yours and that destination’s. Check the preview for names or other details before sharing.
Cloud saves — planned, not in the current build
An optional cloud account and manual save backup are planned, and are not enabled in the builds delivered so far. When that feature ships, this policy will be updated before it is switched on, with the provider, what is uploaded, and how an account and its saves are deleted. Until then there is no game account and nothing is uploaded.
If you contact us
If you email us we receive your address, your message and anything you choose to attach, and we use them to answer and investigate. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or unrelated personal information.
Support mail is handled in Microsoft 365. We keep support messages for 24 months, then delete them.
These pages
These pages contain no analytics script, advertising pixel, account system or contact form, and their HTML and CSS set no cookies and store nothing in your browser.
They are hosted on GitHub Pages, which may process IP addresses and technical
request logs to serve and protect the site; see
GitHub’s privacy statement.
They also load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to
fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com and those servers
receive the connection’s IP address and ordinary request information; see
Google Fonts and privacy.
Links to Apple, Expo or other sites open services with their own practices, as do
competition source links tapped inside the game.
Retention, and your choices
- Game records stay in app storage. Delete the current campaign in Settings → Game & help, which keeps completed trophies and records. Removing the app removes its app-local data; offloading, backups and files shared elsewhere may keep copies.
- Purchases are Apple’s records. Removing the app does not erase a purchase; restore with the same Apple Account.
- Reminders can be cancelled in Premiere or in your phone’s notification settings.
- Support messages: write to the address above for access, correction or deletion of what you sent us.
- Provider data: Apple, Expo, Cloudflare and GitHub describe their own requests and retention in the policies linked above. We cannot delete records they hold independently of us.
Changes to this policy
When the app’s data practices change, this page is updated with a new effective date and an explanation of what changed.
