How the picks, hacks and table votes work, and what to do when something goes wrong.

What is Order This?
An app that answers “what should I order?” at restaurants in Dubai. Each restaurant has three picks, shown one at a time with the portion, spice, wait and tips. Add what you like to your order and show the waiter a card with every dish in English and Arabic.
Where do the picks come from?
Our editors write the three picks for each restaurant, and votes from people who ate there keep them honest. Restaurants do not pay to appear or to be picked. While the app is in development, some restaurants and hacks are sample content, and the app labels them as sample.
Why do I only see good numbers?
Because we only publish what people would order again. A new pick shows no number until enough people have voted. After that you see the share who would order it again when that share is high, or otherwise the number who would. “Not this time” is counted but never shown.
What is a hack?
A custom order at a chain, made only from changes the chain already offers: an ingredient left out, a sauce on the side, two items put together at the table. People who tried it vote on whether they would order it again and whether it worked at their branch. Every hack is checked by our editors before it goes live. Hacks are made by the community; Order This is not affiliated with any chain named in it. Removing an ingredient does not make a dish allergen-free.
How does a table vote work?
On a restaurant, tap the people button and start a table vote. Share it with a QR code, a link, WhatsApp or the four-letter code. Everyone picks what they want on their own phone, with no account, and the results update as people vote. Then tap Order what the table wants. A table vote lasts 24 hours.
Why do I need to sign in to vote?
So that each vote is one real person. Browsing, your order and table votes need no account. You sign in only to vote or post, with Apple or Google, and we keep an account number, not your name or email. See the privacy policy.
How do I change my public name?
You → Account → Change. Names use 3 to 24 English letters, numbers, dots or underscores, and each name can belong to one account only.
How do I delete my account?
You → Delete account. It removes your account, your votes, your saved hacks and the hacks you posted, with their photos. If you cannot open the app, write to info@barmajja.com from any address and tell us your public name.
How do I report a hack, a photo or a wrong pick?
On a hack, tap the flag at the top, choose what is wrong and send. You can also block the person who posted it, so you no longer see their hacks; unblock them under You. For a wrong pick or anything else, write to info@barmajja.com with the restaurant or hack name and what is wrong. We review every report, usually within a day.
Does it cost anything?
No. Order This has no purchases and no advertising.

ما هو «شو أطلب؟»
تطبيق يجيب عن سؤال «شو أطلب؟» في مطاعم دبي. لكل مطعم ثلاثة اختيارات تظهر واحدًا تلو الآخر مع الكمية والحرارة ووقت الانتظار والنصائح. أضف ما يعجبك إلى طلبك واعرض على النادل بطاقة فيها كل طبق بالعربية والإنجليزية.
من أين تأتي الاختيارات؟
يكتب محرّرونا الاختيارات الثلاثة لكل مطعم، وتبقيها أصوات من أكلوا هناك صادقة. لا تدفع المطاعم مقابل الظهور أو الاختيار. أثناء تطوير التطبيق، بعض المطاعم والهاكات محتوى تجريبي، ويوضّح التطبيق أنها تجريبية.
لماذا أرى أرقامًا جيدة فقط؟
لأننا ننشر فقط ما سيطلبه الناس مجددًا. لا يظهر رقم للاختيار الجديد حتى يصوّت عدد كافٍ من الناس. بعد ذلك ترى نسبة من سيطلبونه مجددًا عندما تكون مرتفعة، وإلا فعدد من سيطلبونه. «ليس هذه المرة» يُحتسب ولا يُعرض أبدًا.
ما هو الهاك؟
طلب معدّل في سلسلة مطاعم، من تعديلات تقدّمها السلسلة أصلًا: مكوّن محذوف، أو صوص على الجانب، أو صنفان يُجمعان على الطاولة. يصوّت من جرّبه على ما إذا كان سيطلبه مجددًا وهل نجح في فرعه. يراجع محرّرونا كل هاك قبل نشره. الهاكات من مشاركات المجتمع، ولا علاقة لـ«شو أطلب؟» بأي سلسلة مذكورة فيها. إزالة أي مكوّن لا تجعل الطبق خاليًا من مسببات الحساسية.
كيف يعمل تصويت الطاولة؟
في صفحة المطعم اضغط زر الأشخاص وابدأ تصويت الطاولة. شاركه برمز QR أو برابط أو عبر واتساب أو بالرمز المكوّن من أربعة أحرف. يختار كل شخص ما يريده من هاتفه بدون حساب، وتتحدّث النتائج مع كل صوت. ثم اضغط «اطلب ما تريده الطاولة». يستمر تصويت الطاولة ٢٤ ساعة.
لماذا أحتاج إلى تسجيل الدخول للتصويت؟
ليكون كل صوت لشخص حقيقي. التصفّح والطلب وتصويت الطاولة لا تحتاج إلى حساب. تسجّل الدخول فقط للتصويت أو النشر، عبر Apple أو Google، ونحتفظ برقم حساب فقط، لا باسمك ولا ببريدك. راجع سياسة الخصوصية.
كيف أغيّر اسمي الظاهر؟
أنت ← الحساب ← تغيير. يتكوّن الاسم من ٣ إلى ٢٤ حرفًا إنجليزيًا أو رقمًا أو نقطة أو شرطة سفلية، ولا يكون الاسم إلا لحساب واحد.
كيف أحذف حسابي؟
أنت ← حذف الحساب. يحذف حسابك وأصواتك وهاكاتك المحفوظة والهاكات التي نشرتها مع صورها. إذا لم تستطع فتح التطبيق، راسل info@barmajja.com من أي عنوان واذكر اسمك الظاهر.
كيف أبلّغ عن هاك أو صورة أو اختيار خاطئ؟
في صفحة الهاك اضغط العلم في الأعلى، واختر المشكلة وأرسل. ويمكنك أيضًا حظر من نشره فلا ترى هاكاته بعد ذلك، وإلغاء الحظر من صفحة «أنت». ولأي اختيار خاطئ أو مشكلة أخرى راسل info@barmajja.com باسم المطعم أو الهاك وما الخطأ. نراجع كل بلاغ، غالبًا خلال يوم.
هل التطبيق مجاني؟
نعم. لا يحتوي «شو أطلب؟» على مشتريات ولا إعلانات.
